Q: What did you do prior to joining EPE?
A: I took a gap year after leaving school, then started work at EPE when I was 19. While in school, I undertook work experience at a local car dealership which gave me insight into the automotive parts industry and helped me develop an interest in Office Administration. Once I saw the opening at EPE, I knew I had to get the job. Prior to my interview, I followed up with multiple calls to demonstrate my interest and commitment. As a child I had been with my Dad had actually taken me into EPE when I was very young to buy filters so when I walked in for my interview, many memories came back.
Q: When did you join EPE?
A: I started as receptionist in January, 2011 and was promoted first to Admin Assistant then to Parts Interpreter. Sales is my dream job as I love engaging with customers and have a real passion for customer service.
Q: What are your main duties at EPE?
A: Counter sales, phone and email sales, as well as IT assistance.
