25 Mar Keeping essential industry running
While almost every business has been impacted by the latest COVID-19 measures, EPE remains committed to continuity of service, particularly when it comes to helping essential businesses run smoothly.
We’ve certainly introduced some measures to protect the health and wellbeing of staff, customers and suppliers, including relocating all sales and service operations to the warehouse to ensure social distancing requirements can be more easily controlled.
But apart from preventing access to the showroom, it’s certainly business as usual.
Fully stocked shelves
Having taken delivery of multiple shipments in recent days, our warehouse is full to the brim with everything required to maintain your diesel engines. We have good stock of all the most needed service parts such as filters, hoses, exhaust system components, air intake components and much more. Please check our website at www.epe.net.au to view our extensive range or CONTACT US if you require specific solutions.
Workshop at the ready
All workshop staff are on hand to carry out fabrication and repair work for anything related to exhaust, tube or pipework for trucks and industrial applications.
Flexibility to suit you
Got a supply issue or looking for advice on parts? We’re happy to work with you so get in touch to discuss your requirements. We are currently still welcoming customers on site at our Bibra Lake facility, however in the interests of meeting requirements for social distancing – as well as providing greater convenience – we strongly urge you to contact us by phone or email so we can have your order ready for collection when you arrive. We’ve also ensured delivery services are available throughout the day so goods can reach our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The team at EPE is committed to helping all our customers to work our way through these uncertain times.
